With over 27 years of combined HVAC experience, Tim has seen and solved virtually every heating and cooling challenge a Mid-Michigan home or business can throw at him. From steam boilers to modern heat pumps, from emergency furnace failures on the coldest nights of the year to full system installations — Tim brings the kind of expertise that only comes from decades of real-world work.
Natalie runs the operations side of the business with the same dedication and attention to detail. Together, they've built a company that Bay City, Saginaw, Midland, and the entire Tri-Cities region can count on — not just for the job at hand, but for years to come.
